The Commission amended the sections related to rate of service for Third-Party Microgrids and removed the $0.2022 rate cap established in Section 6.05 of the Proposed Microgrid Rules. 60. Section 5.04 of the Final Microgrid Regulation replaces the proposed rate cap with a project-specific, cost-based rate.
